Required Experience: ~8 years; Own and Handle Software Development Project. Spread across above mentioned departments and various customers with the help of team members. You will be required to delegate tasks, set project deadlines, monitor progress and report to management at defined intervals. Envisage and Understand problems, design and develop solutions/applications, define coding guidelines. Analyze and resolve Technical and Application problems. Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the assigned team. Help the team in writing and implementing efficient and bug free code, and unit test applications in according to established Standards. Work on a wide range of projects involving implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes. Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure successful implementation of all assigned projects. Guide, coordinate and manage team efforts for successful project/service delivery within defined time.

Required Experience: 5-8 years; You will responsible for overseeing the life cycle of a set of business data elements. You also will be ultimately responsible for establishing data-quality metrics and requirements, including defining the values, ranges, nd parameters that are acceptable for each data element. You will also work with the business and technology teams to establish procedures for detection and correction of data-quality issues and collaborate to establish policies, procedures, and internal controls affecting the quality of data. The key aspects of this role Responsible for defining key data elements and identifying data assets Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across a set of business data elements.

Required Experience: 3-5 years; Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
